
Why work on my past?
Why work on your past when you want to enjoy the present and build a beautiful future? When we experience trauma, we begin believing certain things about ourselves, the people around us, and the world in which we live in. These beliefs will unconsciously impact our decisions and how we show up in the world. When we do not work on our past, we let the impacts of it bleed into our relationships. What is not healed, is passed on- to our lineage, to those we’re in connection with, and in the spaces we inhabit. Working on your past will allow you to show up more integrally in your present and consciously in the future.

What does therapy look like?
There are three parts to therapy with me.
Excavate.
Connect.
Integrate.
First, I will hold a compassionate and safe space for you to talk about your past- this time is focused on grieving the losses you have faced and needs which did not get met. Next, we will work together to build awareness on how your past shows up in the present. Finally, we will identify actionable steps you can take towards embodying new patterns and ways of showing up in the world.
