About

A MESSAGE FROM
CHANDRA

Welcome. I’m so glad you found your way here. My name is Chandra Shanmugavel. As a dark skinned, queer, South Indian immigrant, I have an understanding of the nuances and complexities of navigating a world that wasn’t built for those who look and feel like me. In my work with clients, I draw from my own experiences of healing the masks of inauthenticity I picked up as a means of survival. My own journey of healing my mental health struggles and addiction makes me passionate about walking with others on their own path of recovery… because I know living an authentic, connected, and love-led life is possible!

If you're ready to transform your life, I invite you to connect with me and begin your healing journey.
